Does the open shoulder stay in place?

Yes. A thin clear strap runs over the open shoulder, so the dress stays put while she plays and dances.

What do the sizes mean?

Toddler sizes are labeled the US way with the age in brackets: 2T (2Y), 3T (3Y), 4T (4Y) and 5T (5Y). Baby sizes are in months, for example 6–9 M and 9–12 M. See the Size & Fit tab for measurements.
