REFUNDS

At THA Dressing, we currently do not offer refunds on any orders. However, we are pleased to issue store credit for items returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. For further information on how to redeem and use your store credit, please consult the 'Store Credit' section.

STORE CREDIT

Within 30 days following the receipt of your order, you are welcome to return your purchase for store credit. This store credit is timeless and can be used for any item currently available in our inventory. It is important to note, however, that store credit cannot be applied to pre-ordered or custom-made products. For a return to be eligible for store credit, the items must be in their pristine condition: not worn, not washed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags intact. Should any returned items fail to meet these standards, they will be returned to the sender. You can only use store credit once for an order you have placed. You cannot request store credit again for the product you purchased with store credit.

EXCHANGE

You can request to exchange your product within 30 days after receiving your product. In order to make an exchange, you can request return and contact us for the replacement item or use your own shipping label and inform us that you have sent the product to us. Otherwise, the exchange product will not be shipped to you.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns within the United States, we apply a standard deduction of $10 for each item included in the order from the credited amount to cover return processing. You have the option to choose your preferred shipping method for returns. For initiating a return, you can log in to your account and request a return or kindly reach out to us at info@thadressing.com. Upon the arrival of your returned items at our warehouse, we will notify you via email. The processing of returns typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive the items. After processing your return, you will be informed through an email confirmation. We will provide store credit in the form of a unique code, which can be used on subsequent purchases. This credit will be automatically subtracted from your total amount at checkout. "Please note that the amount credited to your store account does not cover any shipping charges." To qualify for a return, items should be in their original state: not worn, not laundered, free from damage, unused, and all original tags must still be attached.

RESTOCKING FEE

A standard restocking fee of 5% is applied to all returns. We encourage you to take extra care to avoid any marks or damages on the item. Depending on the condition in which the item is returned, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be assessed.

DAMAGES

In case your item arrives damaged, we urge you to promptly contact our Customer Service team via email.
